If you’ve purchased a package or connect and haven’t used any features within one week of purchase, you are eligible for a 100% refund.

No refunds will be issued after one week, regardless of whether the package or connect has been used.

1.3. Multiple Payments Transferred by Mistake
If multiple payments are made by mistake, we will fully refund the erroneous amount.

1.4. Rishta Dil Ka Wallet
Funds in your Rishta Dil Ka Wallet are fully refundable and can be withdrawn at any time.

Refund Processing Time

The processing time for refunds depends on the payment method you use:

Refunds are processed within 3 to 5 working days once accepted.

2.2. International Payment Method (e.g., Google Pay, In-App Purchases, etc)
Refunds may take 1 to 1.5 months to reflect in your account.

2.3. Payment Through Credit Card and Debit Card
Refunds may take 15 to 30 days to reflect in your account.
